Product Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and optimize comprehensive content marketing strategy and deliverables that create inbound demand
  • Craft world-class collateral including solution briefs, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and website content
  • Create thought-leadership programs designed to accelerate our business momentum and better engage customers
  • Develop and optimize campaigns and programs that drive market awareness and demand generation
  • Consistently iterate and improve marketing programs through measurement and optimization
  • Roll up sleeves and lead day-to-day marketing activities


  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, with extensive experience marketing B2B technology products
  • Proven track record of planning & executing creative marketing programs
  • Ability to translate complex concepts and technologies into business-oriented value propositions
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
  • A self-motivated organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results and takes accountability and ownership of his/her own work
  • Industry experience in security, Software as a Service, cloud, and/or networking is highly desirable
  • Excellent team working and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus; technical background a plus

Technical Support Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with customers on post-sale issues
  • Understand customer requirements, design the optimal integration plan (POC and long term) suitable to customer functional and performance requirements, execute the installation, follow up customer installations and on-going issues, provide on-site & remote support, and write technical documentation
  • Support sales activities in pre-sale phase


  • 3+ years of experience in customer support / pre-sale / post-sale
  • Vast experience in supporting customers in one or more of the following areas –Networking, Video, Storage, Security
  • Profound knowledge / expert!! In computer networking, protocols and tools
  • Experience in pre-sale, customer trials and demos
  • Knowledge in scripting (python) – advantage
  • Strong system Linux background
  • Excellent team working and communication skills
  • Ability will and compliance to work in start-up environment with all implications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with web security products- advantage
  • Browser technologies - JavaScript, HTML 5 – advantage
  • Occasional visiting customers on site (locally and abroad)
